Register for 2026 Parade of Lights

Use this ticket if your group will be walking or marching in the parade without a vehicle, float, trailer, golf cart, or car.

This entry is open to school groups, youth groups, cheer groups, dance groups, civic clubs, community clubs, neighborhood clubs, and similar walking groups.

Maximum group size is 20 walkers total.

This entry is not open to political candidates, campaigns, political parties, or political groups. Political participants must register under the correct political entry type.

All walkers must stay together, keep pace with the parade, follow all parade safety rules, and remain with their group for the full route.

Holiday lights, costumes, banners, and theme decorations are encouraged.

No items may be thrown or handed out along the parade route.

This entry is for one decorated car, truck, SUV, or small vehicle participating in the 2026 McKinney Rotary Christmas Parade of Lights.

All vehicles must be decorated with holiday lights and follow the approved parade theme. This entry is intended for vehicle-only participation and does not include a float, trailer, or large commercial display.

For safety reasons, each vehicle entry must follow all parade rules, including no items thrown from the vehicle, no live Santa, and approval from the Parade Committee before the lineup is finalized.

Additional vehicle information, including license plate, vehicle type, and total length, will be required during registration.

This entry is for businesses, commercial organizations, and for-profit groups participating in the 2026 McKinney Rotary Christmas Parade of Lights with one decorated vehicle only.

All vehicles must be decorated with holiday lights and follow the approved parade theme. This entry does not include a trailer, float, or large parade display.

For safety reasons, all participants must follow the official parade rules, including no items being thrown from the entry, no live Santa, and final approval by the Parade Committee before lineup is finalized.

All floats, trailers, and parade displays must be fully decorated with holiday lights and follow the approved parade theme. This entry is intended for larger business entries that require more staging space, additional safety review, and walker support.

For safety reasons, all participants must follow the official parade rules, including no items being thrown from the entry, no live Santa, height limits, required walkers for floats and trailers, and final approval by the Parade Committee before lineup is finalized.
