McKinney Big Wheel Reservation Request – One Event
This registration is for one event reservation request for the McKinney Big Wheel.
The Big Wheel is available for qualifying local community events throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and may be requested by Rotarians, community organizations, businesses, nonprofits, schools, and other local event organizers.
Before submitting your reservation:
- Check the Big Wheel availability calendar for your requested date.
- Dates shown as unavailable cannot be requested.
- Review the Big Wheel Terms & Conditions.
- Complete all requested event and contact information.
- One reservation request is required for each individual event.
IMPORTANT: Completing this registration does not automatically confirm your reservation. All requests are reviewed by the McKinney Big Wheel team. You will receive a response within approximately 3–5 business days.
Your reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive official confirmation from the McKinney Big Wheel team.
Only limited event information may appear on the public availability calendar. Contact information and private reservation details are not made public.
