High school students will give speeches applying the Rotary Four Way Test to an important issue. Rotarian judges will select a winning student to represent the Rotary Club of McKinney in the District 5810 Competition. 

The Four Way Test of the things we think, say, or do: 

First: Is it the truth?
Second: Is it fair to all concerned?
Third: Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
Fourth: Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
