McKinney Rotary Flag Lease Program
Show your pride and support your community with the McKinney Rotary Club Flag Lease Program! Flag lease is $75.
For an annual fee, Rotarian volunteers will install and remove a 5' x 3' American flag on a 10-foot pole at your property for these seven major holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Flag Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Patriot Day (9/11)
- Veterans Day
A small, capped PVC bracket will be placed discreetly in your lawn to hold the flagpole. Flags are delivered and picked up by Rotarian volunteers before and after each holiday (weather and volunteer schedule permitting).
Your participation not only brings beauty and patriotism to your neighborhood—it directly supports McKinney Rotary’s community grant programs.
Confirm your property is in the delivery service boundaries below before ordering:
North of Highway 380 to Bloomdale Road (From Custer to US-75, and also Including Trinity Falls area and Del Webb)
West of Custer Road (McKinney zip code, Westridge area)
South of Stacy Road/McKinney Ranch Parkway to Hwy 121 (Craig Ranch)
East of Highway 75, West of McKinney National Airport (Downtown McKinney Area)

Grant Guidelines

Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) organization in operation for at least 12 months.

No grants are made to individuals or for ongoing operating budgets, deficit financing, advertising, publications, conferences, or loans.

International organizations must meet equivalent 501(c)(3) criteria.
